Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Cumbria and surrounding areas.
How often can you clean my windows?
This is up to yourselves as we find many of our customers have them done regularly either monthly or fortnightly, or you can have them cleaned as a one off, as and when you contact us.
What method of window cleaning do you use?
We use traditional methods being, mop, squeegee and ladders, but we also have a water fed pole system for those out of reach windows.
Is there a minimum booking for regular domestic cleaning?
Yes for regular weekly cleaning it's a minimum of 2 hours.
How quickly can you provide the services?
Usually within a few days, however we can discuss this on the phone.
How often should I get my carpet cleaned?
This depends on the number of occupants and the level of usage, but we recommend a minimum of once a year.
How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Around two hours, our team will give you after care advice once cleaned.
Do you move the furniture?
We can move the majority of furniture, however for liability reasons we do not move china, entertainment systems, pianos or other valuable items.
How do you vet your cleaners?

How do I pay?
You can pay by cash. cheque or bank transfers.
Who supply's the materials?
This can be discussed depending on the job type.
